Prices
Full technical documentation package – €975 (VAT included):

• Design and approval of your connection with the grid operator – €610. This is much more than “filing an application”: we manage your connection from the first calculation to the day the power is on.

— We design the technical solution for the service connection, the section between the grid and your meter (Memoria técnica de la instalación de enlace, new or renovation), tailored to your property, current regulations and the grid operator’s requirements.
— We prepare the document, signed by an authorised technician.
— We submit the application for a new connection or a power/voltage increase.
— We handle all communication with the grid operator until you are connected: their technician’s site visit, clarifying and checking the technical conditions, and resolving any disputes.
— This stage can take from several weeks to several months of emails, calls and visits, depending on the project. Throughout, we deal with the company, not you.

• Memoria técnica, indoor installation – €180
• Electrical Installation Certificate (CIE) + RITSIC (Generalitat fee included) – €185
• Contract with the electricity supplier (client’s choice) – €0

You can order the full package or only the documents you are missing.

Electrical installation works
Quoted separately.
In most cases, a single-phase connection for a detached house costs between €2,000 and €6,000.
Our pricing is transparent:

• We give you a full quote for equipment and materials
• We never inflate equipment prices

Charged separately:

• Labour – €50 per person-hour (VAT included)

So you know exactly what you are paying for and how the final price is made up.

Installation supervision (if you do the work yourself)
If you want to save money and do the works yourself, we offer installation supervision – €363 (VAT included)
You get:

• Installation drawings with dimensions and specifications
• If needed, a visit from the grid operator’s technician for consultation
• Site visits (before and after installation), marking out and inspection
• Phone support

This service does not replace the technical documentation package and is charged separately.
